Eric Lamb, Esq., brings new legal expertise to FLC transactions. After obtaining his J.D from University of Baltimore, School of Law in 1993, he co-founded the Baltimore-based firm, Property Title & Escrow, which settled up to 500 loans per month originating from more than 20 U.S. states. Supervising the efforts of 45 employees, Eric is also highly knowledgeable of lease negotiation, contract review, purchasing and leasing agreements, and the renovation of residential and commercial properties. A 1990 graduate of Mt. Saint Mary’s College with a Bachelor’s Degree in business, Lamb is a member of the Federal, Maryland State, Anne Arundel County and Baltimore County Bar associations as well as the Maryland Land Title Association.
