The Frederick County Board of County Commissioners voted 4-1 to pass an ordinance to change the minimum lot size in the RC zoned district from 5 acres to 10 acres.  The commissioners adopted ZT 07-13 with the change from 25 acres as originally written to 10 acres.  Another amendment regarding clustering in the RC district will go to public hearing at a later date.
