12.18.07...Frederick County Commissioners voted 4-1 (C. Jenkins opposed) to eliminate the farm lot provision from the zoning ordinance.    The change to the zoning ordinance takes effect immediately.  Any applications filed prior to 12.18.07 will be processed under the previous rules.
